Is it safe to take B vitamin complex and selenium while pregnant?

I started taking these supplements to help get pregnant. Now I am unsure whether I should continue to take them or not. Thanks :)

Depends on the dose ur taking. Ur prenatal will have ur b's and should have selenium as well. I wouldnt overdue it with the selenium, high levels are bad for ur organs.

I took vitamin B complex my entire pregnancy didn't take a prenatal, they made me vomit!! :(
