Any natural aternatives to fertility drugs that actually work?

I am going to do IUI with fertility drugs in the next few months. In the meantime, I want to give it all I can to concieve naturally. So I'm wondering what supplements increase fertility and help the baby stick. I am taking prenatal vitamins. I ovulate every month, I have normal periods, but still no baby. I had a chemical pregnancy two months ago. We have been trying for over a year. I'm beyond frustrated at this point. Any advise would be greatly appriciated.
