BFP 10 DPO = twins? Anyone?

Anyone had an early BFP and end up with twins? I had a BFP on 10DPO and now it's pretty dark at 14 DPO.

i got a positiveat 8 dpo, and just one baby. . i think it just depends on when implantation took place. if you have twins you would have lots of pregnancy symptoms because of the hormones. very sore boob, lots of cramping, morning sickness, etc.

No twins I got bfp at 9 dpo and thought sane thing and numbers were tripling but only one lil bean. Gl

I lost twins in march as I contracted slap cheek and I had a very very faint positive at 4DPO x
