Can you have a negative OPK, but still ovulate?

I am on clomid and have PCOS. I know PCOS can cause false positives. I had an ultrasound and blood work last Tuesday(CD16) that showed I was ready to ovulate. But I didn't get a positive OPK at all.


Mama to 3(14, 10, & 6). PCOS. 2 clomid pregnancies(150 10 days). Hoping to complete our family soon

Yep, u sure can!! U would still have the surge, it would just be surged in the blood as opposed to urine. U cant O without a surge (blood). R u tracking temps and cm etc?

My OH wasn't in ovulation range, but my estrogen was 630, so def showing good follie. I don't chart since I don't wake up at the same time(two kiddos). I have tried checking cm, but I produce a lot of slippery at all times.

Estrogen preceeds LH so it could def be near, or already passed if ur tests were almost a week ago. Hopefully u have been busy!! ;)
