Ovulation help!

Hmm, on a 28/29 day cycle is it normal to ovulate on say the 20th day of that cycle ?

You want your Luteal phase to be 10 days minimum, so if O is delayed, AF should also be late. Otherwise, there might be an issue with Luteal phase length and you might want to see a doc about it. I think we are all late sometimes though (stress, etc) and one late O/ AF is probably not a concern.

I am usually very regular, but had an odd cycle in June where I was 1 week late. So, it happens.
