More symptoms

I am currently 11 dpo and symptoms are really becoming more noticeable. Sensitive but limited to sore BB's, frequent urination,mild acne,moody, and horrible cramos (front and lower back). I thought I had a UTI or kidney/bladder infection and decided to go to the ER, and my urine was clean so the frequent urination has to be due to pregnancy. Although I been getting BFN HPT. NEED SOME HELP HERE LADIES
