Question

HSG and Sonohystogram

Hi all! My infertility specialist has decided to have an HSG and a Sonohystogram next week. I've been reading online that the HSG can be extemely painful. I wanted to ask on this, if anyone has had experience with these two? And, if it is, in fact, painful. I just want to know what to prepare myself for.

I'm sorry it was so painful for you! But, happy that your tubes were good. Good luck with your future cycles! And, hopefully out experiences will be able to help someone else further down the road!

I'm currently recovering from a laparoscopic surgery to have the last remaining cyst removed. I felt good yesterday but WOW am I sore today! But, the cyst is gone and in two weeks, it's time to talk fertility meds and pregnancy with my specialist!

Such a long stressful road. Glad I have this website for support from those who also understand!
