Should I go to the er?

Been spotting since 9 dpo start out pink is now brown but constant along with some mild discomfort in my left side of my utrus I got my big fat positive yesterday ... Should I go to the er for the spotting and pain in my left side of my utrus to rule out an etopic pregnacy ? And I'm 1 day late for my period

Call your OBGYN and call the oncall physician if they are not open...I would suggest going in to get looked at if the pain doesn't go away or if it gets worse...it sounds like you could be have some implantation bleeding?? is it more painful than a period cramp?
