Bad mid-back ache - anyone else?

I have the worst backache ever today! It is in my mid back and it feels like I want to try and "click" in my spine - does that make sense? I usually go to a ciro fr neck spasms, but with the possibility of pregnancy,she won't do any adjustments. Did anyone experience the same symptom? I'm on 10dpo, with a tender left breast, breast that seem swollen and some nice blue veins that form a railway station across them.
