Is blood on discharge normal?

Ladt month about 2 weeks before my period came (it came march 17th and lasted 7 days) I had a lot of blood to where I almost thought I was going to be getting my period early, but didn't. This month I've been getting either briwn globs or red streaks if blood almost daily in my discharge and just wondering if that's something normal that happens? Please help if I know about this topic !! Thanks!
