Irregular period cycles but experiencing symptoms of pregnancy

Cycles have always varied between 28 and 35 days. 12 days after my last period, I started getting cramps, fatigue, spotting and headaches. Apart from fatigue and headaches, the other symptoms stopped after a week. I am on day 32 of my cycle and was wondering if I could be pregnant at all? If so, when is the best time to take a home pregnancy test?
