hi ladies i am new at this temp and ovulation so do i do both are can i take temp with out

doing ovulation are do i need to bouth i am so confused help me out ladies

I would recommend to do both. At least for the first two cycles. The combo allows you to learn your bodies cycles. Often just taking the temp just lets you know that you DID ovulate...that can be tricky in the beginning if you are new to it. Thats why I recommend using an ovulation kit along with the temp and tacking both will allow you to be aware of your cycle. Hope it helps!
