Could I be wrong about conception date?

I am only 3dpo. From what my calendar says. Anywho for the last 3 days I have had cramping. I am insanely hungry, but everytime I go to eat I don't want the food anymore. BBs look massive today and are more sensitive by far. I also have had increased cm. Today it had a little bit of pink streaks in it. not expecting AF til the 23-24th. As well dh and I did the BD on April 30th, 3 days before my O dates started. Could I be wrong that I didn't concieve on O day but before that? I took a test last night with a bfn, but that was silly of me anyway to think it.

Maybe you O'd sooner than you thought you did? You can also conceive from sperm deposited a few days before O, but you wouldn't *conceive* until the egg popped out of the ovary. :)
