Looks like we trigger tomorrow! As of this morning, E2 was 2168.5, P4 was 2.68, 11 follies they are watching (sizes 13 through 20) and endo was at 13.70.

As this is my first time, I'm not sure how all these numbers measure up for potential success, but I'm excited to finally be this close to "go time"! My understanding is the next big hurdle will be maturation and fertilization of these "babies". If I'm leaving out a step, someone correct me :) Excitement can cause lapse in memory!

BabyPath - this is how it went for me:
I triggered on Friday night and went in for Retrieval on Sunday morning. On Sunday they informed me that they got 14 eggs. On Monday they called me that out of 14 eggs 12 were matured and 11 fertilized. The same day they told me if I will have 3 day or 5 day transfer. They told me I will have the 5 day transfer and that day it turned out that only 1 embryo was good. The next day another embryo grew so we froze that one.

Good luck Babypath!! That sounds so exciting! How are you feeling?

Basia or Babypath--are you doing ICSI?

IVF is our next step so trying to soak in all the details of your experiences!

Praying for some February Babies!!

Thank you Cate!

I've been getting experience through these ladies, so it's nice to be able to be that for someone else :)

I'm feeling pretty good. I will say that my ovaries are very tender and my bbs have never been as sore as they have been with these hormones (not to mention my extremely sensitive nipples! Sorry TMI!!)

We have consented to ICSI if needed, but not just to do it at this point.

Hey, ladies. So, I'm 14dpo today and I was supposed to test and if negative, start the heavy duty antibiotics for Lyme disease. If positive, then I'm supposed to start the safe for pregnancy antibiotics that require three times as long of a prescription. So I tested with two different tests - faint positive on one, negative on the other.

It's much harder to see on the picture after I resized it to post it. http://www.countdowntopregnancy.com/pregnancy-test-gallery/image.php?galleryid=417123

Babypath--Thanks for your info. I also got sore bb with the injection medications - so I imagine with the other meds added and the increased dose they'll be sore! Excited to hear how the next few days go for you!

Em--it's definitely a positive! I voted positive :) Even more obvious when you invert the image!!

Looks like a positive to me Essemkay! Yay! Congrats!

My hopes and prayers are with all of you here!

Any of you lovely ladies experienced an anovulatory then no AF cycle while in same month as injectables?! ATM - I am exactly 1 week late for AF. (Never happens for me!) Took a pregnancy test day of expected, but BFN. Still taking my bbt, but temps are all over the place...O wasn't pinpointed at all. Some background here- I was increased on my Gonal-f from 225 iu to 450 iu, but Estrogen was super low still and follicle had shrunk. So IUI was scrapped this time. Help! Anyone ever hear of experiences like mine? I'm confused, but hoping for the best. BTW I still have some light cramping/achiness that comes and goes some days. I am going to call the specialist to let him know what's going on.
