On other news look what I found http://ivf.ca/calcu2.htm I mean if were doing the "long version" I guess. Idk. I really don't know anything abt my med schedule. Plus I finally got myperiod like an hr ago. Almost 2 days late. N tmrw is a holiday. Is the clinic gonna even b open?? How am I suppose to tell them I'm ready to go? Ugh.

Hey girlies its been pretty quiet, just wondering how everyone is doing. So far two girls r pregnant. I've been getting pretty nervous, I can't seem to get the funding for my ivf. Bf has horrible credit n keeps getting denied. How or who did u girls go w to get the money? I've been reading so much bad stuff abt loan companies not thru a bank or credit union. Idk what I'm gonna do.

On the other hand, have u guys heard of compassion care? If qualified, they can pay for Ur shots.

We have just been making payments to my doctor. Insurance doesn't cover anything but as long as you keep making payments my dr will let you carry a balance for as long as it takes. Also my dr is known for being one of the cheapest in the country for ivf. If it weren't for that I don't know how I would do it. I've done 4 iui's, 1 fresh ivf cycle and this month will be my first frozen transfer.
I am just waiting for af then we'll get started!

Hi Ladies well i will be starting the Lupron on October 1st. Then i will go from there! :) excited to just start the process already!

Aww2006 who is ur dr? I wish my dr did payments. Hopefully this next cycle is it for u.

No im not nervous... well the only thing im nervous about is it not working... but the shots and Medication and the Egg Retrival and the Embryo Transfer don't make me nervous... im just Fully Ready to Jump in and get this process going... Im an impatient person so i just wanna do it already!

I had 4 failed IUIs:(
I just had a failed IVF this summer and im currently on round 2
I actually go in for my egg retrieval tomorrow morning
Im hoping I actually go to sleep because this summers retrieval was a bit uncomfortable ( I never went to sleep, meds didn't really work)
Anyway, Im trying to be optimistic but with so many failed attempts, its very hard. I will know thurs wether or not I go in for transfer on Friday or Sunday. Im hoping for better quality eggs this time around. Last time my eggs were over stimulated and they had poor morphology:(
We had 20 eggs retrieved, 10 fertilized (half ICSI half natural)
this time, they altered my meds(lower dose slower stimulation)
We are aiming for less eggs but better quality.
I transferred 2 good quality blastocysts on day 5
Im hoping for another day 5 transfer

I also did, follistim, ganirelix, menopur and ovidrel last night
Dh and I also did 5 days of doxycylene and tomorrow night I will be put on 3 days of doxy along with progesterone and 3 days of a steroid.
This is my LAST cycle!!! Ive used up all of our insurance coverage (paid for one iui, all others covered)
My meds alone for the first IVF were over 9,000 Yikes!!
Hope to see some success stories after IVF!!
