hcg levels are still low , but 6 weeks pregnant??? eptopic??

hi, my last period was 18th march 2011, its now27th april, i am 6 weeks preggers, i found out i was pregnant about 2 weeks ago but very faint lines, the thing is these lines are still very faint indeed and they should be strong by now, just wondering if my pregnancy could be eptopic, i have some pain on my right ab but nothing to shout about, does anyone else have any thoughts on why my levels are still really low??? thanks fi
