Supplements???
I know that different supplements may work for different people, but what are some that you've taken to enhance fertility and that chance of a 
and how well do you feel they've worked?
Last month I stopped my drugstore prenatals and I started the Fairhaven Health Fertil-Aid. I'm adding Fertile CM and Fertili-tea Tea this month. I'm going to start taking Evening Primrose Oil again (didn't keep it up last month), and maybe start a baby aspirin too.
HAs anyone used the Fairhaven products? I know we can't PROVE that they caused a BFP, but any info would be interesting to me (and probably others)!

Hi Daph317! I'm fairly new myself, plus I am 40. I have gone 13 cycles without educating myself on proper vitamins and supplements, so for the last few days, I have spent numerous hours on-line researching the various supplements. Here is what I am going to do:
DHEA: Helps with egg quality.
Bee Pollen and Royal Jelly - helps with fertility
Evening Primrose Oil: helps with cervical mucus
PreSeed - helps with cervical mucus
COQ10 - helps with egg quality.
B6 and B50 - helps lengthen luteal phase.
Some of these have to be stopped after ovulation like the primrose oil, so you may want to Google some more information. Hope this helps. By the way, I've read that it takes about 90 days for ones eggs to go through a cycle, so don't give up. I'm 11 DPO, but don't feel it this month, so I will start everything after AF arrives, and this will be my first cycle with all of these supplements.
