Going to the toilet after sex

My husband and I are trying for a baby, have been since January. Have been having sex every second day during my 'ovualation' 5 day window (cycle for past 3 months been between 28 and 32 days).

I know this may be a strange question but I was desperate to go to the toilet after sex (this was our lsat chance to concieve thiss month according to 'window'), will this jeopordise our chances of falling preganant??
