Ovulation/ovary pain

Can anyone out there help me, what's the difference between the two?

You mean on the symptoms list? I have just assumed that you should mark "ovulation pain" if you suspect you are right at/before ovulation, and "ovary pain" if you have pain where your ovaries would be, at some other random time in your cycle. I have twinges there when I am not actually ovulating sometimes. Some women have cysts on their ovaries, or you may just feel slight twinges in normal menstrual cycle fluctuations. But if I felt ovary pain when I knew by bbt chart that I was 9 dpo, I would not mark "ovulation pain" - does that make sense?
