Trigger shot / dpo question

I have a question for the ladies who do trigger shots.. do you start counting your dpo the day after your trigger, or the next day?

Hey there! i just took my first trigger yesterday so i don't have experience but thought i would join in and let you know what my doctor said. The trigger is supposed to induce ovulation within 24-36 hours, so in theory -- no, you shouldn't count the day of trigger as ovulation day. Hopefully you are able to BBT and your temp will tell you when you ovulated thus you can calculate DPO based on that just like a normal cycle without trigger. But, if you can't BBT then i think you could safely count the day after trigger as ovulation day.
