How long between IB and BFP?

If you've ever experienced implantation bleeding, how many days between the start and your BFP? I had what I think is IB (pink discharge) starting on 8 dpo. Today is 11 dpo and it's still there, but lessening in quantity. Wondfo and FRER were both negative. Period is due in 3 days. Can't decide if this is just some weird fluke thing or if there is still hope. Ideas?
