Hey ladies! I am currently waiting for AF or bfp! I took clomid this month so I’m confused. I keep getting negative test results. Anybody else hoping for a December baby from using Clomid?

@moore I have never used clomid, but I’ve got my fingers crossed for you.
@beck so glad the bleeding finally stopped for you. Hopefully this cycle will be better for you!
AFM: I’m 3dpo finally confirmed today. Feeling a little crampy out of nowhere, but probably dehydration. I’ve been so busy getting ready for us to leave for vacation tomorrow morning.

@momma i'm right behind you. According to FF today i'm 3 DPO. Still can't believe my body reset so quickly after the miscarriage. Counting miscarriage bleeding as CD 1 and i ovulated right on time (CD18). DH and i got BD in 2 days before and the day of O so i think we are covered. CM dried up 1 DPO and CP dropped as well so all signs point to successful egg release! My temps are super wonky this cycle which i'm guessing is the hormone craziness that's going on inside my body. I'm hoping the vitex kicks in soon and helps with progesterone (my temp is a little low although above coverline). Would be so happy to conceive again this month but not sure if my body is strong enough for it yet. Its a numbers game at this point since all of our testing suggests that all parts are working we just need to get a healthy combo of egg and sperm to make a sticky bean.

@Shanta i'll list mine per your request. DH has perfect sperm and i'm ovulating normally. We have been pregnant twice (chemical in January and miscarriage @ 7 weeks last month). DH takes ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Male Fertility Supplement (this is basically a mix of antioxidants that helps to combat DNA fragmentation but doesn't do anything for motility, volume, or concentration because he doesn't need that). I take prenatal vitamin (nature made brand with DHA), Co-enzyme Q10 Ubiquionol (100 mg/day -- considering increasing this dose), B12, B6, calcium, magnesium, zinc, 1000 mg Vitamin C, Vitex, DHEA (this is a hormone supposed to help improve egg quality -- i take 25 mg a day, but you can take up to 75 mg per day), Myo-inositol powder 2000 mg plus 50 mg d-chiro-inositol, Vitex and low dose aspirin after O is confirmed. We also use pre-seed during fertile week and track ovulation with digital OPK from around CD13 through peak and i record BBT, CM and CP daily. I've also tried to eliminate caffeine and most carbs (sugar, sweets, bread, pasta, rice, etc.) while TTC. I drink almost every day a protein smoothie made with whole food, plant-based, low sugar protein powder, fresh berries and almond milk (in place of one meal).

@lissa Awesome that you have good signs for confirmed O. I wish you all the luck this cycle.
@shanta sorry you’re feeling so frustrated by your own body. It’s hard. I hope things go better this month for you.
AFM: my chart is attached. My temps have been perfect for ovulation and pregnancy already this month. I got that infamous 5 day dip, which left me pregnant in 2015. My temp dropped today, but my heart rate increased. I’m so nervous to see what happens in a few days. I swear I was feeling implantation cramping last night right after we got to Florida.

@momma -- lookin good! I'm right behind you!

@shanta -- the vivex is supposed to help normalize your cycles (if you have slightly "off" cycles) and also lengthen your LP if you have an LP defect (e.g. LP spotting, low progesterone during LP). If you have a normal cycle (e.g. same length and same O date every month) then it is not recommended for you because it will mess up normal cycles. If your cycles are irregular, you should give it a try (check, there might already be vitex in your "conception tea"). Are you taking the "ubiquinol" version of COQ10 (absorbs better)? Consider adding some more B vitamins maybe? Some people use evening primrose oil to help with CM production during the first part of your cycle (but i read someone say it delayed "O" so i haven't tried it). I've also heard some people eat pineapple core after O to help with implantation (haven't tried that) but i do take a low dose aspirin after O and my doctor said that was safe before and during pregnancy.

Hi all - joining in late for December, but have been back and forth whether to post. I've been off BC for a year now TTC #2, with two ectopics (had my left tube removed in February) and a total of 4 miscarriages. My OB thinks that all the miscarriages were likely related to my tube, so fingers crossed that that "fixes" our issue, though I'm stressed that I likely have the same defect in my right tube. I'm currently 6 DPO, which would give me a due date of 12/31. I hate the TWW, it's torture. And with all my pregnancies (successful or not) I don't test positive until right when I expect AF, so it's really two whole weeks. Not that that stops me from testing like crazy way too early.

@momma that chart looks great! Fingers crossed for you!
