Nexplanon Expired and AlreadyWeird Symptoms

My nexplanon expired on the 19th, and since then, I have had migraines, extreme fatigue, some nausea, and some round ligament pains. Pay in mind, I haven't had sex since July 2018 because my bf and I are long distance. I haven't had a period in three months which I chalked up to the birth control. I wanted to know if these symptoms are side effects of the expired nexplanon or not. I'm getting it removed next week.
