So far so good

I am 3dpo today. I had solid smiley on Opk clearblue digital ovulation kit , the pink one. I had those for 2 days but then I stopped testing. Unfortunately I cannot temp bc my sleeping patterns are a mess due to nursing but I checked my cervix , it was high , soft and open and I was very wet and had a lot of EWCM. Like a lot... Last time I had so much I was pregnant with my son. So I am feeling quite confident that I had my first ovulation post partum. Now If i do not get pregnant this cycle, I should have my 1st ppAF in about 2 weeks give or take. I also felt a lot of cramps especially on the right side and they stopped. So i am thinking that I did ovulate. So as far as symptoms are concerned, I have had inc. Cravings like sweet things candy, chocolate and ketchup. But my appetite on itself has a bit diminished. For my breasts, I really cannot tell because I am still nursing but nipples are a tad sore. Also my cm is creamy watery: like white but not lotion like more like watery like. And the one symptom is that I am having such vivid dreams that I cannot tell a difference between dream and reality. Now vivid dreams are one of the symptoms i had while pregnant especially early pregnancy in the 1st trimester, but at that time, I already new that I was pregnant. I just made a follow up postpartum 1y apt with my obgyn and I will just wait to get tested over there. For pregnancy or not if I can hold it that long. I am also very tired but I am carrying for a 10.5months and i am always tired anyway. We will know soon anyway.
