False negatives or false positive

Anyone use pregnosis in stream? The new ones - I’m in Oz so they are newish here. I got a faint positive - then in my excitement tested with frer and got bfn twice - can’t trust my chart temps, my 2yo has been sick so - up all night - still temping though for fun really - so anyway, too scared to retest now after mmc at the beginning of the month at 14 weeks (my beta zeroed before I started temping) anyone have a false negative before on frer - ttc
