I had been on tons of fertility meds over a 4 year period. My cycles started being 25 and 26 days. I had my progesterone tested and it was ways on the low side at 6.9. Instated taking the vitex and my cycles went from shorter to perfect 28/29 day cycles. I had my progesterone tested again while taking it and it was 9.6 which is a great number for a non medicated cycle. I didn't get preggo right away. But about 7 months later I got pregnant naturally. We tried for a total of 4 years.
