Rowe Casa Women's Hormone Kit

Has anyone used the Rowe Casa Women's Hormone Kit that resulted in a pregnancy? I recently purchased the essential oil kit after a family member suggested it to me. She herself, has not used it, as she is no longer having children. I was just curious is anyone has used it and had success, or knows anyone else who has. Rowe Casa posts pregnancy cases from customers, but I don't always trust those type of "reviews." However, it's all natural, and I'm probably still going to give it a shot.
