Question

Lines getting darker but spotting. Help?!?

I'm 14dpo today, AF was due yesterday. I got my first positive 9dpo the lines have been getting darker. This morning I did my usual thing took a FRER line is pretty much as dark as control line so I got excited! Then I wiped and seen orangey blood on the tp. I've had 2 chemical pregnancies and I fear that's what's happening now but with my other two the lines never got this dark. Any input or advice would be so appreciated. Edited to add I have been cramping on and off for 2 days. Cramps seem to switch sides.

Try not to worry, some women spot or even bleed around the time af is due. Friable cervix is another common reason for spotting. I know it's hard to process that one can have blood coming out them when pregnant, and everything be ok, I went through it myself with my last 2 babies, but everything really can be ok. Blood is scary to see, but it isn't always a sign of bad things to come. This is a new pregnancy and a new baby, try not to dwell on the past. Stay positive and take it one day at a time. Today, u are pregnant. Enjoy it!
Congratulations! =))

I agree (although relaxing about it for me just doesn’t happen lol) but I bled around time of period with my current pregnancy, and the color you’re describing which eventually turned brown. I’m 17 weeks and the bleeding for me stopped after like 6 days. Congrats and I hope you can try to relax a bit...lines getting darker is a good sign.

Since you have a history of chemicals, maybe your doc would order betas for you?

Thank you guys for the reassurance! It hasn't happened since then. So I'm trying to just relax, keyword trying.
