Does this sound like implantation bleeding?

Hello, my estimated ovulation day was 4/14 and I have had short cycles (~25 days) recently. On 4/20 I experienced cramping and red blood (even needing a tampon) for about 4 hours. I also felt one sharp stabbing pain during that 4 hour period. After the red blood stopped, there was a small amount of "black" and then nothing since then. I have NEVER had anything like this happen before. Could it be implantation bleeding?
