Ovulation pain is usually not bad. Have you been checked for endometriosis or like conditions?

Or PCOS, I don't have it but I think if a cyst bursts you can get pain and bleeding.

Thank you. I was diagnosed with pcos but two years ago told I had no cysts left and I then became pregnant with twin girls.
I'm now ttc number three and I've gained weight since birth of my twins that I had lost before they were born. So I think my cysts have come back as I used to get the same pain but never bleeding.
