It's all falling apart...
So lets rewind to October, I was offered a promotion after interview for a much better job than my current one, I was thrilled. Then another candidate complained that someone on the interview panel looked at their phone during her interview and the job was stripped from me and we had to reinterview, that interview was March 1st, I was offered the job again the same day and was due to start next week. Such a relief, and I was so proud of myself for picking myself up again and doing the interview for the job I had already been offered,HOWEVER, the same girl has complained AGAIN and this time I don't know what about,so the entire review process begins again. I am withered! I need this promotion for my mortgage which I need for my new house which we have already gone sale agreed on. So because this B**** has complained again I could lose my new home and my new job, all while dealing with losing what I thought was my miracle baby. UGH I'm withered. I normally try to be upbeat and positive in these JE's because I know we are all struggling at the moment but... I just can't seem to see light at the end of this tunnel.
On top of that I'm 8dpo and I just know I'm out. I'm so upset. I just want to be a momma. Nothing else matters. I don't want to wait for IVF in July, it honestly feels a million miles away. This journey has been so long and such a heavy load to carry.
I'm not coping well today.

I mean... it seems like she is just going to complain until she gets the job?? Obviously there is a reason why she hasn't gotten the job. How many times can they really start the process over?? I would hope they would say "there's no grounds for this complaint" at some point!! It's all very stressful :( We were in a similar boat 3 years ago. I hope it all works out for you!!

The girl sounds like a piece of work, obviously she's not right for the job and has sour grapes. I find it incredible she got away with disrupting the first process where you were successful.
Maybe you could talk to a govt agency that deals with employment issues and see what rights you have. I don't have legal training but think you must have some rights. Best of luck

Sorry this is happening to u. Stay positive, u've managed to get the job twice now, ur obviously qualified. She's only gonna be able to do this so many times before she is reprimanded. This is borderline harassment. She's being sneaky about it and it will only get her so far. Keep doing ur kickass interviews and let her live in her own jealous, miserable bubble! It'll all work out in the end!
