3rd Time AF on its own
Hello friends and families,
Congratulations to all the new mama and papa. Especially to my dear friend Mozart. It is never late #keepthefaith.
Things have happened sonce last time I wrote. I found a job after graduation and although it is not my dream job , it is still helping us pay the bills until I can continue my studies and find my dream job. So far I have been able to maintain my 10 pounds lost from I was sicked from surgery. I am now focusing on healthy lunch and I am finally ready to start working out again. AF also came on its own this cycle which is amazing. I have been taking metformin 750mcg everyday and will add folic acid to it as well. I have also added more green tea and dandelion tea (liver cleanser) to my drinks as much as I can. The only hick in this plan is that I am now working 1h30 mns away from my husband. We can no longer bd as much neither during my fertility zone. And DH and I only see each other on weekends and sometimes we are so tired from the week , bd is not worth the energy. I am keeping the faith and hopefully by God's grace we will have our miracle soon.
