Broken sleep and a lower than expected BBT
Morning ladies,
Last night my DH left for his trip and I just couldn't sleep, I was worried about him and really feeling a bit lonely (all completely unjustified but... hey) and I would say I got 2-2.5 hours sleep towards the end of the night. I thought this would mean that my BBT would be higher than what it should be but it appears to be lower, have any of you experienced this? Nothing to worry about really I'm only 3dpo :) Just curious.
I'm officially counting down my DH's return :) I really have gotten too attached to him. We're also trying to move house so I'm viewing houses this week on my own and if I love one I have permission to put down a deposit without DH even seeing it :O The pressure is real. I'm bringing my little sister along to help. Thank God for sisters.
Gassy (TMI) this morning but I'm very aware that 3dpo isn't a time for feeling symptoms so I'll ignore it :)

I've had the same thing happen with temps. It could be "higher". Even tho it appears lower than ur thinking it should be, being awake may have raised ur temp on a day it would've otherwise dipped, had u got a decent sleep. Like u said tho, no worries, ur only 3dpo...its worse when this happens on 1-2dpo when ur trying to confirm O. Lol!
