Feel alot better today, no cramps, no headache. I would say those symptoms were ovulation symptoms from high estrogen. Estrogen peaks around ovulation time acording to my blood tests.

Genrally get a headache around this tyime when I'm tkaing Femara. I've taken 5mg this time, I think it is better.

Did I write I had no scan this time to see how many follicles, perhaps they think the chances of me having twins is very small, since I only had 3 follicles for my first cycle on 2.5mg
