2 dpo IUI

I ended up getting a bit crampy yesterday, not bad but distracting enough when I went for a drive yesterday.
Also my throat is very sore today, annoying - I did have a bug I thought I had beaten it before the IUI.

Have to go and buy some more fruit today, have run out

Rooibos, Royal Jelly, prenatal (have dropped the ubiquinol because not sure it is good after ovulation)
