1 dpo 1st IUI

This morning I have had Rooibos tea, and made myself a large Kale omlette (1st time ever) it was not bad.

I have had no cramps from the IUI, which I think is good - so the procedure in itself was nothing.

Trying to decide if I should go out today, it is wet and raining (still suffering from hayfever, I think, no meds).
