CD5 on first Clomid Cycle
I'm officially on my first cycle of 50mg clomid CD 3-7. *yay* This cycle I'm also taking Starflower oil, Omega 3, pre-conceive multivitamin and Robitussin, oh, and using pre-seed.
My AF just passed was lighter than normal, which made me worry a little about the lining being thin, but I've never had that issue before so I'm going to keep going and hope that all will be OK. Praying and hoping that this is our month! I know I shouldn't get too optimistic because I always set myself up for such a huge fall when AF arrives but this is my first medicated cycle and I'm hoping that this is what my body needs to bring a healthy baby to term.
I had a difficult weekend this weekend in that my friend called over who is 14 weeks pregnant and she knows that we have been struggling to TTC and was very insensitive. Told me that "it might not be right" for my Dh and I right now. That this "might be a good thing". And complained for the entire weekend about being pregnant. I was so fed up that I ended up sobbing crying at night and my poor DH could do nothing but hold me. It's moments like this that I realize the fear of not conceiving is what upsets me the most. I don't mind that she's ignorant and insensitive, I can get over that, the crippling sense of fear is what knocks me down. I need to try to shake off fear.

Sorry to hear you were upset this weekend - its just horrible that we have to endure this - I got very upset over the weekend too it really hit me hard this time :(
But on a brighter note so glad that you have started clomid. I will have everything crossed for you that this is your cycle x

My "Best Friend" sent out a "Group Mesaage" to everyone at work saying it's official. Didn't have the decency to give me a text or call.... People don't freaking get it. I wasn't going to get mad, I was the one who talked her into going off the pill a year ago and trying for a boy cause her husband wanted too. They have 3 girls.... No matter what it was going to sting though, and the way she did it was a bitchy move. Now I really hope she has a girl!!!!! Hehehe
