painful tingly boobies & watery clear cm-13dpo

feeing kinda optimistic today..
my boobs are still very full & heavy(going on 8 days straight now)
& just recently(past 2-3 days) experienced shooting pains in both boobs & they tingle here and there..my nipples also feel "hot" sometimes like a wet weird feelng like their leaking. i did see2 small spots of liquid on my shirt a few days ago. but nothing since then,i think.
starting to get a little crampy late tonight
so tired & moody
