i'm sick :(

All day ive felt the worst ever, i feel so sick and my tummy is killing me. I feel like like can;t eat anything.
When i stand up and walk i'm in so much pain :( i really don't know what to do with myself. Its strange that last month near my ov time i felt really ill, but nothing like this, i think i may have some kind of sickness bug.... :(
