Could I be pregnant?

We had our first baby in July, she's 5 months old. I didn't want to go back on BC pills, but we've been using condoms. For the past 2-3 weeks, I have had many symptoms, including CM changes, leaky breasts (my breast milk never came in, so I was unable to nurse, sadly), sore breasts, pulling/pinching in my abdomen/sides, nausea, weird dreams, and a 4 day, light period last week, just to name a few. We were not trying, and thought we were doing well to prevent. I know some symptoms are normal cycle ones, but others I'm having are ones I ONLY had very early in my pregnancy, which are still very fresh in my mind. What do you think? Thank you.
