Serrapeptase helps the body to break down protein which might be helpful in decreasing inflammation and mucous. It seems to be safe when taken short term, however there aren't any long-term studies on it yet. It might increase the risk of bleeding so don't take it if you take anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication. It's not a common supplement in North America but apparently it is in Europe and Asia. I've heard of it being used in patients with heart disease to help with atherosclerosis, but beyond that I'm not sure of its use. It would seem logical that if it helps unblock plaque in arteries that it would help unblock fallopian tubes too. If surgery isn't an option for you have you talked with your doctor about other alternatives to help with your fibroids, fluid, and adhesions ? I would recommend addressing your gynecological issues first before trying to become pregnant.
