ectopic

its been 2 weeks since my last journal, im 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant and i got the news it was ectopic or possible miscarage on my 6th week ive had 2 lots of blood taken and my hcg levels are rising from 510 to 539 not enough to be a healthy pregnancy i was told i would miscarry it but that was 4 days ago now, they cant find the sac as i have 2x 3m fibriods i i dont know if i should n there and some other mass lumps that they cant work out ! dont seem to be in my tube and cant find it on my overies or uterus ! im not in any pain and im only having a small amount of brownish and red bleeding which is assosiated with ectopic, mu hormones are all over the place and im devistated this is happening again,i dot know if trying again for a natural cconseption or go for ivf ! might be less stressfull,
