Question

Question about BFP and short luteal phase.

I have been tracking cycles for 7 cycles now. My luteal phase averages at 9 days. There was one cycle that is was only 8 days. AF shows up on day 10 after ovulation. I'm curious as to who has gotten a BFB with a 9 day luteal phase? I'm very concerned because I keep reading that it is not likely that we can conceive and progress in pregnancy due to such a short luteal phase, that it doesn't allow enough time for the embryo to fully implant.

I conceived successfully with an lp of 10-11 days. 9 days is on the short side. Talk to your dr about it and see if he recommends progesterone supplements. Vitex as well as vit B6 can help lengthen the lp. Best to you.
