Best time to take e.p.t?

Was wondering when the best time would be to take a hpt? Would it be after midnight? Early morning after I wake up? I usually get up around 3-4am to go to the restroom.

I usually use FMU (first morning urine)
The reason they say first morning is because you haven't been adding extra fluids while your sleeping and it has been held for several hours, therefore the urine is more concentrated.
