5 dpo HIGH bbt temp spike

Hi ladies. Im on CD 22/ 5 dpo and today when I took my bbt it was VERY high!
Here are my temps following O

36.12
36.15
36.12
36.25
36.53 ( today!)

I noticed I was really hot during the night, started out cooler but work up in a sweat just prior to taking my BBT.
Could that have something to do with it? Or does it look like my temp was already going up from previous day?

This is my first cycle charting....could someone help me out??

Waking up in a sweat could def make your temp higher. But having your temp continue to rise at 5dpo and so on is what usually happens. I would consider your chart good, but you will know more as you continue to chart. Best of luck to your and lots of baby dust!
