Ran out of progestrone will it hurt the baby????
I will be completely out of my progestrone on the 20th I dont know when I will be approved for my insurance so I can afford the medicine.Will I miscarry if I dont have my medicine for a few days???? I'm really worried!

How far along are you? Akter 12 weeks you don't need the progesteone any more. Call your md and ask if they have any samples that you could use. Or you could ask the pharmacy how much a few pills would be rather than the whole month. Then you would have some until your insurance kicks in.

I would grab some natural progesterone cream if i were you to be on the safe side but i am also paranoid as I have heard once you stop the progesterone your body detects the drop in progesterone and forces an AF or miscarriage. It looks like the 20th is still a lil while a way but I would have the cream on hand just in case but hopefully everything will work out ok. fx!

a sudden drop in progesterone can cause bleeding and possible m/c if u are on progesterone supplements DO NOT run out, if u cant get a prescription refilled or get another script go get some natural progesterone cream from herb store like a gnc , vitamin shoppe ect... use a 1/2 teaspoon twice a day until u get ur meds or until you are past 12 wks!! make sure when u get the cream it has at least 450 mg per oz of natural progesterone from usp. good luck to u!!
