Belly Button

Hiu ladies I guess i would be considered 7-8 dpo but my question is today before i took a nap i had some pulling sensation behind my belly button could this be a sign of pregnancy also pelvic area is sore right below belly button!

it takes at least 7-10 days for conception to occur so it could possible be a symptom of pregnancy!!!
