Hi there, I have used progesterone quite a lot, but not with my current pregnancy (I'm 14 weeks). I've had 4 previous miscarriages and I think you're doing the exact right thing with the baby aspirin. I'd take it until at least 5-6 months or so. Regardless of the reason for your other losses, the more losses we have the more our body views each new embryo as a foreign object that must be rejected so produces miniscule little clots in our blood...hence the aspirin. As far as the progesterone goes, I've used it as part of IUI/IVF. My specialist told me that if an embryo is healthy it will produce the right amount of progesterone anyway and that no matter how much progesterone we use it won't help an unhealthy embryo. Which sort of confuses me as to why I had to use it then. Sorry I'm not much help on that topic, but at the stage I was at, I'd have shoved gardening tools up there if someone told me it would help. I totally understand the stress you must be feeling and admire part 2

part 2. I admire the strength you seem to display in the way you've worded your question (don't know why, just get the impression you're very brave). Use your progesterone and aspirin religiously, take your folic acid, know that I'm thinking of you and hopefully I'll see a message in a few weeks to say everything is kicking along nicely. You're going to get a take home baby soon. It's inevitable! xoxo
