Blood work results...STILL WAITING!! What was YOUR result, and how long did it take?

I had blood work done around 9am today, and i know it is only 1:21pm (here that is...Illinois) but I was told the blood test would take no more than an hour, unless it came back positive, then it would be an additional 40 min so they could test the AMOUNT of hcg...and that I would hear before the Dr left for lunch at 1pm. I have not gotten a call! Should I call them? Is this a good or bad sign? Trying to keep calm, please share your stories. :) Results, and wait time. Thank you!!
