Why did I feel a sudden stabbing pain inside my vagina?

I am 10 dpo and AF is due 10/18. Had a sudden stabbing pain inside my vagina while sitting at my desk mid-morning. Has anyone had this and if so what does it mean?

Sorry - this isn't an answer but I experienced the exact same thing last night (10DPO). It was about 30 minutes after a "bedtime treat" with my other half (not quite down with the abbreviations yet - apologies for that!).

Hopefully someone has had similar experiences of this.
